Once a support representive is online with you do the following :

Download and Start An Online Tech Support Session

In Internet Explorer the screen will shrink, please click the yellow bar at the top and select download file

When prompted Please click run this program

The Scom.ca Customer Tech Support Representative can now see your screen remotely and guide you through your issues.
